Dan Popkey is the Voice of Every Liberal in America

Dan Popkey of the Idaho Statesman likes to think of himself as the Woodward and Bernstein of Boise Idaho, but in fact he is nothing more than a little liberal with a newspaper to spew his propaganda. The Idaho Statesman has lost their once thriving subscription base. Why? Well people like Dan Popkey come to our very conservative area, and he using the local newspaper to slam our conservative thinking and ideals. His articles make most here in Idaho fuming mad, and hence all he has reading his less than fecal matter trash is the ultra liberal, which are mostly California transplants anyway. No the Idaho Statesman has become in the last 6 years a big disappointment. The Paper attacks Conservatives at every turn , not at all hiding the fact that they are in line with the ultra liberals that they are. What is wrong with America when you can't have a small town paper reflect the community!!!!

A Piece of Kos

I and many other people consider the Daily Kos a hateful and mean spirited website. One that should be classified with he KKK and Adolf Hitler. This is not a progressive forum. This is a mud slinging orgy. These people have no morals, standards or decorum in which to live their lives. Why should we be appalled at their caterwauling at anything or anyone that speaks to the moral degradation in our society. They were apparently stung by the 60's ideal that "if it feels good , do it" and they have no depths too low. We must not call them out , that indeed gives these socialist , free loving, hipsters, pure joy. They get a platform and they love it. Let their hate expose their deeds. Because nobody can be this hateful and succeed in anything. The hate will eat you alive.
It reminds me of when President Clinton was in office. No I did not vote for the man or like him, but as our President I respected his position in our society. Knowing that the Position of President is one of very much stress and angst, you have to know that your prayers must be on this Man, for he is in the drivers seat.
So please do not go back at this Liberal Libels, do not give them the satisfaction. Instead show them respect and consideration. Do not lower yourselves to their level of thinking. We have to believe that the Good always wins out over the Evil.

The Government needs Oversight by the People

We have earmarks that are attached to every bill that is of little import and bills that are of great import. The problem is we the people, don't get to see what those earmarks are. When the President sends his proposals to Congress they are public record, but when a legislator wants a new fountain to commemerate someone we have never heard of.....earmark.
Thinking about earmarks and the explanation of why they are nessecary make it so much more important to have them completely public. I am sure that these earmarks, at least alot of them would be considered frivolous spending. Spending of our Money. This practice has been widely exepted ...until now. The jig is up and we aren't going to let up until we know every earmark, even the one that show loyalty to special interest groups. Or the earmarks that could very well be construed as bribery. So Lawmakers it's time to get real....
